How do you feel at the moment? Creating a tangible expression of that dynamic can be satisfying.

For a time when the old is falling away and new ways of being are emerging, we: 1) Dug a hole and buried an old, rotten pomegranate. 2) Cut open and ate a fresh, new pomegranate.

You can: a) use objects that are meaningful to you, b) invite friends to co-create the experience.
